Chums have traditionally marketed their range of clothing and household
products by ‘off the page’ direct response advertisements in national
newspapers and magazines, and also through a regular mailed catalogue to
a growing database of over 1 million customers.
The new Chums Cshop solution reflects the off the page advert theme, but
behind the scenes is a fully functioning Cshop Version 4, which
interfaces to Chums high tech fulfillment and SOP system provided by
Maginus software and an Oracle database.
Chums customers can shop via the interactive catalogues on the site, or
search for the products and browse the site by category. Any reduction
to rrp’s will show a strikethrough and a saving automatically
calculated, and the site features full media code and multibuy
functions.
Much of Chums marketing is now delivered to a receptive audience by
email campaigns, which we design and deliver as part of a maintenance
