The James Meade brand is well established, and provides male and female clothing with the emphasis on quality and durability. The James Meade Cshop sites seamlessly interface to their own custom back office systems, and in addition, Cshop Admin provides the facility to create additional functionality such as media code and image management. James Meade customers can request alterations to the products selected, and any reduction to rrp’s will show a strikethrough and a saving automatically calculated. The sites also utilise interactive on line catalogue browsing, and customised shipping and media code functionality, as well as affiliate marketing functions. James Meade also use pre booked maintenance hours to maintain a regular email campaign to their database of customers, offering special offers via media codes and landing pages. The Customer said... Cshop has offered our niche mail order clothing businesses, James Meade and Country Collection a platform which is user friendly to the mail order catalogue customer and therefore an alternative channel of communication. Customers are able to reference the printed catalogue and navigate our site in exactly the same way. The integration of our back office system has allowed the automatic updating of stock and customer records, improving the shopping experience for our customers and reducing the manpower needed in our customer services team. Since launching the clothing businesses on-line we have further extended our web facilities to some of our other mail order brands. The format and design of the site has been easily adapted to our mail order thimble collecting business The Thimble Guild, and we are currently in the process of extending our web presence to our other businesses. We are happy with the relationship we have with Iocea, and the can do proactive attitude they have towards accommodating the needs of our different businesses.
