Cshop is hosted on our own high performance servers.
We do not share our machines with any other company,
and only sites developed by Iocea are hosted on our
servers. This ensures our customers have no issues
as a result of any third party development. We cap
all of our machines at 50 sites, when the industry
standard is over 1000. We own and run all our own
machines. We are not resellers for a third party
Many of our customer’s sites are critical to the
success of their business, and as such we provide
the very best service available in terms of speed,
availability and security.
We often see over £5 million per month through our
Cshop sites, some customers averaging over £20
million of sales annually, and in excess of 3000
concurrent users on one site.
We have invested heavily in our own servers, and can
offer unparalleled service, 24X7 support, high
specification and security. Our servers are managed
and owned by us, and are situated directly on the
communications backbone in Reading UK, with
redundant power supply from 3 providers, high
security and 24X7X365 attended service.
Because we have written and support all the code on
our machines, we can currently afford our customers
very close to 100% reliability and availability,
with excellent friendly and helpful support.
