Leading leisurewear brand Cotton Traders, launched their new Cshop user
friendly e-commerce site in January 2003, and since then have reported
massive increases in web sales and customer acceptance. The site is
designed to fully maximize every sales opportunity, working hand in hand
with Cotton Traders catalogue and email campaigns to provide fully
auditable sales data.
Customers can see at a glance which product in any given size and colour
is available, on back order or out of stock via our shopping grid, which
is database driven directly from Sanderson MailBrain.
A variety of cross selling and up selling features are utilised to
encourage customers to spend more, and take advantage of the many and
varied offers available via media or offer codes to disparate customers.
Customers can also shop via the interactive catalogue feature, drilling
staright through to actual product from the image in the catalogue.
Cshop seamlessly interfaces with Sanderson MailBrain, which in return
for orders from Cshop, passes regular customer, stock and product files
to the website, to ensure a bang up to date web store.
Currently, sales are on the increase, and the site is now growing at an
unprecedented rate, breaking all records.
Cotton Traders marketing and technical teams enjoy a superb one to one
relationship with Iocea support and account management staff, and
further development of the site is ongoing to provide Cotton Traders
customers with the best choice of leisurewear, and the easiest and most
enjoyable shopping experience. |

What the customer said...
“When we started looking for a new online shopping
system,CShop from Iocea very quickly moved towards the top of the list.
As our rigorous selection process continued, we were at every stage
impressed by the co-operation they gave us, the understanding &
acceptance they
demonstrated for our plans, and their willingness to bring them into
reality.
After nearly 12 months running on CShop our internet business has more
than doubled in size, and there's no doubt in my mind this couldn't have
happened without changing systems when we did. We're proud to be
associated with the team in Lincoln, and look forward to working with
them in the years to come.”
